EMPOWERING YOUNG LIVES THROUGH DEDICATED CARE

Our goal is to continually improve the lives of the young people under our care by offering exceptional services that will have a positive impact on our valued residents..

We offer supported living accommodation to young people aged 16 to 25 who are transitioning between homes, facing homelessness, are involved in the youth justice system, have recently left care, or are unaccompanied asylum seekers.

We provide individuals with learning or physical disabilities, autism disabilities or mental health needs a safe and secure living environment and personal support.

Through our dedicated team, we create a nurturing environment where vulnerable young people can access various opportunities for personal growth, education and training to improve their lives and become more independent.

Our approach is to empower individuals to recognise their strengths and develop their potential, allowing them to take control of their personal journey towards independence.
