With its proximity to London and Greater London, Dartford is a sought-after location for young people in foster placement and care who wish to leave behind the busy London boroughs. The accessibility to urban amenities and opportunities, combined with Dartford's suburban charm, creates a desirable balance for individuals seeking a new beginning.

Priory House’s close proximity to neighboring London boroughs like Bexley, Lewisham, Croydon, Barking, and Thurrock adds to its charm as a preferred location for supported accommodation choices. Being adjacent to these boroughs allows residents to conveniently access their existing support networks, services, and amenities, while enjoying a peaceful and supportive living environment within Dartford itself.

Accommodation Services


We provide safe and secure housing tailored to the individual needs of young people aged between 16 and 25.

We offer round-the-clock support and personalised care plans for young adults aged 16-21, At GreenLeaf we implement a comprehensive range of services and initiatives to enrich the lives of our young residents.

Our services include single occupancy and shared accommodation (ring-fenced) for young people. We provide personalised support services and our dedicated team is here to assist and empower individuals as they build the skills and confidence needed to thrive and reach their full potential.

GreenLeaf Homes is dedicated to nurturing a strong sense of community and belonging by offering a variety of social inclusion activities, group outings, and recreational programs.

HEALTH CARE

Healthcare Coordination


We recognise the importance of healthcare provisions

Our facility offers access to local NHS general practices, pharmacies and other health provisions suitable to the needs of our residents

We also provide support with managing medical appointments, prescriptions and overall healthcare support essential for our residents well being

We offer personalised services to help young people as they work towards becoming independent and empowered.

Our extensive range of services includes help with accommodation, personalised care, emotional support, life skills training, education and employment support, healthcare coordination, social activities, and round-the-clock in-house and on-call assistance.

Our dedicated local team have extensive experience in supporting various individuals, including:

Young people with challenging behaviour, such as substance abuse, a history of violence, persistent offending, and mental health needs.

  Unaccompanied Children and Young People (UC&YP) aged 16 and 17 years (also known as Unaccompanied Asylum Seeker Children – UASC).

UC&YP of 18 to 21 years with no recourse to public funds subject to a Human Rights assessment.

Young people remanded through the youth justice system aged 16 and 17 years. Young people have been involved in gangs.

Victims of child sexual exploitation.

Children leaving care (also known as Looked After Children) and Care Leavers aged 16 to 24 years in some circumstances. 

Young people who are homeless aged 16 and 17 years and accommodated under either Section 20 or Section 17 of the Children Act 1984.
